Unfair and biased conduct by telkom mutual and federal insurance claim rejection

On the 2nd of January 2024,i took my kids to the park,parked my car at the park parking area,inside my car cabiolet left my phone and locked the car,after plus/minus 30 minutes returned to my car, i found my car unlocked.my phone was ****** from inside the car,the car was not damaged but unlocked don't know how it was unlocked since i locked it before i leave.i went to police station to open the case,also went to telkom to block the ****** phone and do Sim swap.thereafter I called the telkom insurance under mutual and federal to lodge a claim of theft or loss of a phone and submitted all relevant required documents. On the 9th of January 2024 was sent a letter from telkom mutual and federal insurance that my claim was rejected due to the following reason: That i don't have a proof that the car is broken in to and if my phone is ****** in the car.i believe this is unfair and biased to come with a conclusion or outcome without any proper investigation conducted. I feel and sense that telkom mutual and federal insurance is taking advantage of its clients by robbing them daylight without any proof of investigation conducted and by having many clauses that only disadvantages or discredit the paying client from claim approval. For what I went through with this telkom mutual and federal insurance I encourage everyone not to take this insurance or else you will regret once you encounter some loss or theft incidents. Avoid by all means telkom mutual and federal insurance if you want peace of mind and a good night sleep.
