Unacceptable non response for insurance claim.

I submitted my iphone 7 for repairs in November 2020 and I still have not received any update from Admin Plus insurance. Every time I call their helpline i have to hold for more than 30 mins and when I finally and transferred to their customer service they still transfer me to someone else. This is unacceptable as I am still paying insurance for this phone that i havent used since October. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
