TOOK MY MONEY. STILL NO PHONE RECEIVED

This company keeps asking me to make payments for a phone they refuse to deliver. They told to pay all additional R300 on top of the R1700 That I had already paid and they will send me a phone is 7 days. They hand been quiet every since. I hand to keep chasing them. They are communicating. I keep having to email the person handling my claim, Yumna. She is not very good at her job. She only communicated with me when it Suits her. This company needs to be reported to the ombudsman.. Honestly. Their complaints dept is horrible. They hardly respond to complaints and they are rude.
