This is bull****

I had such a bad experience with telkom insurance, firstly they sent me a phone which I did not insure and no communication was made with me regarding that. Secondly they send me a phone which was a out of box failure and most of the accessories the box where missing which was very strange. I been trying to get them about this situation and instead they tell me that I got a better phone as if I was told the about phone. All the paperwork shows different phone to what I have now. Their premium are just going up but the service is ****ed up.

Even when you claim you have to constantly call because the agent don't do the work at all. I hope now that you have increased the prices we will receive better services
