Once, a frustrated client I was. Thanks to Ms. Sibongiseni Qwesha for her assistance and that she went to extreme lengths to resolve my claim (almost 2 months into my claim-process with no communication from the company). She did her best. I'm hopeful that going forward, things will be efficient. She deserves 10/10 and ...., I'm sticking with Admin+
