The worst service ever!

Uselesssssss!!!!! Forget about about progress unless you call them and they give you lousy excuses! You'll send sufficient documents and every time you call them, after holding for an hour you will be told your claim is with a different department and no one wants to be accountable. The worst insurance company ever!
