The worst cellphone insurer in SA

I have lodged a claim since 13 April 2021 and till today 03 June 2021 may claim hasn't been attended to. They don't communicate at all, they don't answer their phones. For them to tell me to resubmit my claim documents I had to send several emails to them and till to this day my claim hasn't been processed. I don't understand why TELKOM enjoy frustrating their customers first it was Firnrite now it is Admin plus. Telkom didn't even bother telling us we were migrating to this useless insurance.
