The art of excellent service

The sweetest lady by the name Aqeeda green took over my long overdue claim and really displayed what id like to call the art of customer service. She was on her toes from the moment she took over my claim to the point where my device was delivered in due time (24hours) as promised. She kept on giving me feedback of the process and that was her going the extra mile.
