Terrible service for a ridiculously high excess

In March, my daughter was ****** and her phone was ****** amongst other things. So not only did she experience trauma when she was ****** but now the experience is prolonged as it is a hassle to replace what was ******, because of the terrible service at Admin Plus Insurance. It is almost the end of June and I've had to dispute a rejection claim where there was clearly evidence that her phone was ******. I've provided the claim evidence, a affidavit, a police case number, the blacklisted phone's itc number and even evidence that a sim swap was done and it is still being investigated 4 months later.
