Terrible Service

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the handling of my recent claim, Policy number SMART119551 which has been subjected to significant delays and evident incompetence in processing. As a policyholder, I expect a certain level of professionalism and efficiency in handling claims, which unfortunately has been lacking in my recent experience with this company.

Despite repeated attempts to seek clarification and expedite the process, there has been a lack of communication and progress from their end, which is both frustrating and unacceptable.

It is evident that there are serious deficiencies in their team's understanding of their own processes, leading to unnecessary delays, confusion, and frustration on my part. The team specifically my claim handler seems inadequately trained and definitely not knowledgeable about the services they provide to customers like myself.

Maybe it is time to shop around for new insurance...…..
