TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible terrible services! I put a claim for my phone end of April and till today (22 June) I have no replacement and have had to be the one doing follow ups as there was no feedback being provided! My insured phone value is 16.5K but they want to replace my phone with a replacement valued at a cheaper price! I even had to pay an excess fee of 1.2K for this! I HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE PROVIDER. I was mainly assisted by Ebrahim and got poor service.

After I get my phone back I am definitely changing to a more reliable insurance company!
