Terrible experience

I am submitted my phone for repairs on the 10th of January, claim was approved for repair, early February I was informed that my phone was taken in for repairs after excess fee was paid. it has been a month without no phone, I keep getting excuses that supplier is still busy with repairs or they still waiting for status report.
