Terrible at Claims, Great at Hanging Up on You

<p>The only reason I rated them 1 star is because I couldn't rate them zero stars</p> <p>Admin Plus has been handling my cellphone claim on behalf of Budget Insurance FOR THE LAST MONTH.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent the phone first time on the 30th of September 2016. They took 3 a weeks to fix the phone. But of course they ended up damaging it further. I sent it straight back after recieveing it on 21 September. </p> <p> </p> <p>I tried to get some feedback after another week of silence and all I get is a promise of feedback which never comes or they hang up on me before I can speak to a consultant.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can only guess what they've been doing to my phone for the last month!</p> <p> </p> <p>Makes me wonder why I'm paying using budget insurance if this is who they let handle thier claims. Also makes me think that when i change insurance I'll make sure that admin plus is not involved in any way.</p>
