telkome admin plus insurance complaint

I have had the worst experience ever with telkoms new insurance comany,Admin plus.I placed a lost claim on the 16th Nov2020 an have been told to contact them straight via call am email.I have been emailing them to follow up an have had no response,I raised a complaint on the 25th Nov 2020 as it is almost 10 days since I processed raised a complaint but no response.I suffer with anxiety an this has sent me in a spiral.I need some help as im at at a loss.I have spoken an emailed my network provider an they keep sending me to the 3rd party company.This place must stop providing insurance if the cant communicate with there cleints.When you try to call you mever get through is a disgrace to trrat paying customers like this.its now almost 2 weeks since the claim been sent of but nothing.
