Telkom/Admin Plus Insurance

I have received an email stating that I have not been paying my device insurance, yet my account is being debited every month. I've sent emails requesting feedback and it has now been a month since sending emails and not receiving any response. In December 2021 I was assured that I would receive the updated policies and to date I have still not received anything. I do not even want to speak about the pathetic service I receive when calling the call centre. Agents have no regard or respect for client and drop calls when asked to speak to a manager or asked to get someone to call me back regarding my issue. I would like this matter resolved URGENTLY!
