Telkom phone insurance

Telkom adminplus is where I ensured my phone. I lost my phone beginning of May. I claimed and sent all documents required. 2 weeks ago I got a call saying my claim was approved after waiting for a while. They then said I must pay R2000 for access then I will get my phone within 5 to 7 working days. There was no phone delivery after the waiting. I then called then I was told ill be given a phone which is way cheaper that what I am insured for. The consulted said they don't have the phone am insured for which is Samsung A73 so they will give me A54 or Reno oppo something. Am paying a lot of money for insurance yet the service am getting is wack. It's been almost 2 months since I've lost my phone but till today no phone. Please stay away from Telkom adminplus if you cannot afford GranPa or panado. Their service is bad and their consultants are rude.
