TELKOM MONEY ********!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i called Telkom admin plus on the 22nd of June 2021 to cancel my policy ***) as from date i called. the Administrator said i should send an email requesting cancellation. i did that.

now i received a July invoice statement when i have cancelled my policy 28 days before my next debit... this is messed up and my policy is not yet cancelled
