Telkom insurance with Administration plus

After I thought Finrite admistrators was the worst company telkom insurance had to hire, hmmm, Adiminstration Plus is another thing.

I called and emailed many times but they will never get back to u. Did a claim even paid the excess to the insurance, but nothing is happening. Spoke to couple of consultants, thus including Monique, Danlia and Noviwe.

Noviwe happened to be the supervisor, one would be happy that matters are addresed by the supervisor, my goodness, yerrr. Worst one to deal with.

I have over a month with my phone being ******, I pay premiums of both contract and insurance to Telkom for something I dont have.
