Telkom Insurance is a ****

I took out a cell phone insurance with Telkom almost two years ago. The value of the sum insured was R15000 and the cell phone insured was a Samsung S21 FE 5G. To my surprise when I recently submitted a claim, I was informed that my access is 15% of the total sum insured (R15 000) but I am not allowed to claim for a phone equivalent to my sum insured. So I am not sure why the access is linked to the sum insured when you are not allowed to claim for a phone equivalent to that amount. This is a total **** of insurance.
