Telkom Insurance is a ****.

Does Telkom Insurance exist or its a ****? I claimed for a lost Cell Phone on the 26th of March 2023 to date the is no progress and yet they debit the premium every month.

I them called several time the answer is that my claim has been sent to claim commity for review, its three months now. Their consultant can not even transfer your call to their superior or someone who can help you. Am very disappointed and and heartbroken. i have always been their reliable client for more than 4yrs now and this is my first claim. Am i ****med or what?
