Telkom insurance I will never again need to take my business somewhere

I took out an iPhone 13 from telkom and they told me that I need to take insurance for the phone not knowing that they gonna give me a **** insurance. I lost my phone and some other thisngs in my car, my husbands wallet was slso gone will all his cards medical aid, bank cards drivers license and some other things that were in the car. I'm sure we all now know about CAR JAMMING THAT IS HAPPING IN OUR COUNTRY that is what they did they car jammed my car when we lock it probably that is what happened because we asked if there are cameras around where it happened but they say no. So my car was inside the armrest and it was closed and my husband's wallet was in the cabin hole. They opened took all the things they want including the iphone13 that was inside the car. Now when I'm claim loss or theft the rejected my claim saying it was my fault they managed to open my car. Now I don't understand what is the meaning of that? What is loss or theft? They say that the was nothing that was damaged or forcible entry to the car. I'm very disappointed with them and Telkom also I don't want anything to do with them now I must keep on paying for a phone that I don't have but I did take insurance for. Mayb if someone was hurt or dead during that incident they were going to approve my claim by showing them evidence of the corpse.. I'm very disappointed on Telkom insurance can't wait to take my business somewhere else ..... my heart is bleeding just because my car was JAMMED NOW I DONT HAVE A PHONE .....
