Telkom Insurance

I’m disgusted with telkom and their insurance. I’ve been enquiring about insurance cancellation. First I emailed the admin, did not get the reply. Then I called and the agent said she will send details with the cancellation process, that didn’t happen. I called again the agent said I should email Admin Plus I did that, still no reply. And when I go to the stores all they tell you is that they don’t deal with that the customer must call the insurance😡😡Clearly this is a delay tactic. I’m so angry and disappointed..
