Telkom insurance claim for a lost cellphone

This is probably thee worst Insurance Company you could ever come across . I submitted my claim on the 5th of Aug 2021, there has been no communication, when you call you will hold till they decide to drop the phone on you. Its just the most frustrating and stressful service that I never want to put myself through ever again. I'm even disappointed in Telkom for even having them as an Insurance Company linked to them with such appalling service and what is even worst no one ever knows what is happening.
