Telkom Insurance | Admin Plus - GARBAGE!

I am so exhausted and disgusted, I didn't want to do this but admin plus continues to prove their incompetence. They declined my claim with no consideration in April, I tried to appeal but the agents I dealt with we're either unprofessional, not fully knowledgable or would be rude as they'd just drop the call.

Now I'm sitting with a situation where they are still deducting even though they (ONLY A FEW DAYS AGO) sent a confirmation of the cancellation.

I am so angry and failed!

Warning anything considering to take out cellphone insurance with TELKOM to be aware of their incompetence and inconsiderate nature!
