Telkom insurance a very bad service

I requested for my device insurance to be canceled on the 5 of October. After sending several emails and making numerous calls I got hold of the new Telkom underwriters which is Admin plus they confirmed that the insurance is canceled on the 10th of November. Come month end November I was billed and now I'm checking my December invoice it's still there. I called Telkom and I was told they never received anything from the insurance indicating that it is canceled and I have to contact admin plus at my cost. I don't want Telkom insurance anymore, I'm fed up.
