Telkom Insurance

I have a cellphone contract with Telkom and I have also insured my device with them.

As far as know Telkomcs insurance is Finrite but now they have apparently switched to AdminPlus. I was not informed about this change. Now that I have lost my device and I am trying to claim, I am not winning. I can't reach AdminPlus. I have tried calling and sending emails for a month now to no response.

This is the second time that I am struggling with Telkom's insurance. I can't even cancel it because they don't respond. I refuse to ever give Telkom business again.
