Telkom insurance

I will like to report the telkom insurance,its almost 2years now where i have cancelled my insurance and now took me to ict saying i owe them an amount of money.now its difficult for me to get a loan.When i called telkom about this matter they told its not their policy but i should contact admin plus which i did but these ppl where taking me from pilar to post. Telkom insurance its a **** shame.
