Insurance cancelled and still be bel**** by Telkom and Telkom Admin Plus, when you call everyone will tell you that you cannot contact billing department we have escalated your query. communication break down between Telkom and their Insurance company, Admin Plus

please note the above mentioned call was received, however i have not yet yet receive positive feedback, complain department have just rep**** with the same reply that all consultant at Admin Plus , apparently they cannot get hold of Telkom and i must wait while i pay for a cover that is cancelled
