Telkom and adminplus incompetence and lack of capabilities to support their strategic value proposition.

I am very disappoint with this company. They strategic value promises that once the claim is submitted, you are to have concrete outcome within 7 days. I submitted my insurance claim on the 1st of August and I am still waiting for feedback. I keep emailing them and calling and they keep telling me the same thing "we are waiting for telkom, please allow 24 to 48 working hours". I have allowed so many "24-48 working hours". I have emailed telkoms complaint devision and they still haven't gotten back to me. Being without a phone for so long is frustrating, specially when you know you have insurance on it.
