Telkom adminplus insurance

I am so disappointed at Telkom adminplus insurance. I cancelled my insurance July 2023, because of their poor service it was successful cancelled on the 03 of December 2023. I was aware that my phone was not covered for that period according to the contract I signed with them September 2019. To my surprise they demand me to pay for all of those months with interest, and I quote the contract that I signed with them, "Two months of unsuccessful payment the insurance will be automatically cancel"

On the 24 of February 2024 they deduct amount of R1803.88 from my account for the INSURANCE THAT WAS CANCELLED.
