Telkom Admin Plus is the insurance service provider!!!!

Telkom Admin Plus has the worst service I've experienced in my entire life. You wait on call for almost an hour, when you finally get through they drop your call and never call back. Don't even bother sending them an email coz they wont reply. I have been trying to call them all day yesterday, my airtime ran out. I have even submitted a call me back request, guess what, they will never call you back. I am so frustrated with their service!!!
