Telkom admin plus insurance poor service

The worse insurance telkom has ever merged with, they don't do follow ups with customers concerning repairs, I had to call in everyday to ask what's happening with my phone since it passed the agreed delivery dates, the kept sending me from Pilar to post until I was told my order ws not placed they will place it, after that I ws later told it was rejected due to system error n they only told me that after I'm the one who called then it was sent to the coriour guy who told me the don't deliver within my area, I had to start my car n go look for that coriour company so I can get my phone, it ws very difficult for me to find them since I didn't have an android phone to navigate, my back up phone is this small noisy ones, n to date, they have never called or anything to ask how I got my phone or a follow up if I'm happy with the device since they exchanged my old one for another model, their service was very poor, the lady who was supposed to follow up on my device started sending emails after I've complained that there's no communication, so over R100 airtime plus my petrol n risking my life driving around the area I don't know asking strangers for directions during this tough time is what I got from admin plus insurance from Telkom, I'm very disappointed after paying so much money for access, R1500 gone for access.
