Telkom Admin Plus Insurance Company offers terrible service

I am utterly disappointed with Telkom Admin Plus Insurance company. Their services are so poor and unprofessional. I submitted my cellphone claim on the 19th June 2021. I haven’t received any proper communication from them regarding my claim. I tried numerous times to call them but my calls never get answered. I feel helpless and frustrated. I wonder who hired them to offer people such a terrible service!!
