Telkom Admin Plus Insurance

The department handling the Telkom Insurance claims is terrible. You will wait and wait and wait before you get a response, IF you get a response. The phone lines are forever unanswered. I logged a claim on the 25th November til today I haven't received my device. I've sent emails to all contacts (Telkom claims, Telkom Escalations, Admin plus claims, complaints@adminplus), I've called this number *** which is never answered.
