Telkom/ Admin plus

I am so unhappy with the customer service from adminplus as I had insured a huawei nova 8 of which I paid for over two years without missing payments and never even claimed once. I got ****** and as usual followed the procedure to go to the police for all necessary documents,after sending it through I was assisted by a guy from Admin plus Hanny Letswalo who kept on saying my affidavit didn’t have a stamp trying to buy time so the time frame I reported would pass by so they would have to pay. I had to call him personally and after asking for his supervisor’s number he refused and a week later he sent me an email saying that my claim was approved. Now the second and most irritating issue was that they said they had stock on the nova 8 which is valued at R7000 (market price) now but I was expected to pay R1800+ for access but the contract said 10% of replacement value and even when calculating I still got to amount of R1200
