Telkom admin plus

Worst insurer ever! My device was ****** on the 26th of November, I put in my claim on the 27th, today is the 20th of December and I've heard absolutely nothing from them. I've called and sent emails with zero response whatsoever. Whats the point of paying for cover with telkom if you can't make a claim? This is disgusting customer service.
