Good day am Nielza Princess Mbuyane I have claimed on Telkom Admin Plus Insurance for my phone which was ****** on the 25/01/2023 I have sent all of the necessary documents that where needed for my claim but still they have not gotten in contact with me yet and I am still paying for the insurance bill. Hellopeter please help me process my claim because now I have been paying insurance for a phone which I don't have anymore please help me.
