Stinking service

I have never came across a useless company such as Adminplus insurance, I have been waiting for 30 minutes to speak to an agent, when I finally spoke to someone they put my call on hold for another 30 minutes, then dropped my call. They never reply on emails, never process claims, one has to run around for them to do their jobs. That company should be closed since they don't know what their doing
