Still have not received my phone back from Admin Plus

<p>After making a claim on 18 May 2016, I waited until 31 May for the phone to be collected. I was promised that excess due would be known to me by 2 June and after I make the payment I will have my phone back within 48-72 hours. On 6 June I was only sent the amount due by me. I paid this straight away. I am still waiting for this phone (12 June 2016). I am bitterly disappointed in the service provided by Admin Plus. I struggle to get any feedback from them and have to send a second email asking them to reply to the first before I get any reply. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like Admin Plus to realize that this phone belongs to me. It is worth R14 000, therefore, I will not take this matter lightly. Admin Plus does not have the right to do with my phone what they please. I have paid them for a service and need to carry this out and get the phone back to me. </p>
