Horrible service Telkom insurance told me my claim cannot be processed because my phone got lost without a Sim. The first contract they sent me wrote nothing about the phone missing with the Sim, so that a claim can be processed. When i told them that they say it was written , while it was not. They sent me a second contract where they have wrtten that the phone must have a sim inside on the time of incident. Now these are two different contracts. They deceive people with their contract, they're ****s, cheats. Eating peoples money. 🚮🚮🚮

Now I'm paying a telkom for a phone that I don't have coz I don't wanna ruin much credit score. 😡😡😡
