STAY AWAY FROM ADMIN PLUS! Pathetic service for a claim, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

This is disgusting poor service i have ever encountered in my life! Please do NOT ever think of insuring your phone with admin plus - Telkom! I have been trying to claim for my lost phone since February 2021 , its now May 2021. Im sure these guys are *********** and told to do this. They will respond to a few emails and then pooof disappear into thin air. The one guy actually refused to give me their contatc number because he said that its easier to get hold of him via email as the phone lines are to busy!!!!! I have all the emails along with names to prove what i am saying! Cant get hold of them via email or phone. I was last told that my claim was registered and that was on the 20th April 2021 and since then i cannot get hold of them again.
