Shocking Insurance Service!

Absolutely shocking experience with this sham of a company! I have been paying R242 per month for an insurance policy supposedly underwritten by Mutual and Federal - I would be surprised if this was true! I have submitted everything they have asked for - which was way more than any other insurance claim I have ever submitted in my life! Endless phone calls - which are never answered! You are made to hold for ages and then you get cut off. Call back option on their website yielded nothing - as did my emails. Telkom branches are unable to help either apparently - although I have no idea why - they chose this provider to insure their customers devices - so why do they not assist or take any responsibility ????? I have to use my phone for my job - on top of which to travel without a cellphone in this country as a woman is dangerous! This is imperative!
