Service levels are ZERO here. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! WORST IN SA!

Service levels are ZERO here. Claim was submitted on 26/11/20, still no feedback on it. Called multiple times and their lines keep cutting whilst holding for an agent. Several emails were sent and to their complaints department as well, ZERO response as well. I am basically paying them for nothing. Definitely cancelling this contract in the next 3 days if no response given. I also want a refund for paying them for a full year plus a few months but no assistance is given. Never ever take their insurance especially if you have a Telkom phone rather get your own preferred insurance. Adminplus is just like Telkom, pathetic service yet claiming they are the best.
