The Bull**** that is this company together with telkom, we are honestly being taken for ****. You pay your ****en instalments and insurance without faith in hopes to have a security blanket but all you doing is wasting your time and money. Took me weeks to be noticed after submitting my claim, and i only got noticed because i complained here, they give me a few mins attention i think and hope they are paying attention but no you have to send the same email 5 time before they can even respond to it. i pay a hefty amount for the claim and after that everything goes silent. i advised for week the urgency of my device but they don't seem to be moved for a min, the only thing them and Telkom will know is to deduct for a insurance on a device you don't own. Such deserves to be taken to the Ombudsman because you guys clearly are a ****en ********** insurance company. no ways a company can take money from people but have so much complains about rendering a service. I am definitely taking this to the ombudsman.
