This cellphone insurance is such a ****. I reported my phone last year and submitted a claim which was rejected. The contract was canceled but they continued to debit my account for services they were not providing because I didn't have a cellphone anymore and they have now blacklisted me for non payment. I tried calling them but their phones never work. Beware of this company
