**** of an insurance!!!

So we were hijacked at gunpoint in the early morning hours of the 1st of August and they took the car and phone. Sent all the required documents to adminplus to pay out for the phone. They've been going out of their way to find a loophole, now they're saying that the number was not updated on the new policy when they are the ones who never requested for a new number and never advised that I should only use a telkom number on the device even though my contract ended with telkom. The number that is on the policy does not even exist, we've tried to call it and find out who it belongs to. So telkom or rather admin plus made up a number on the policy so that they wouldn't pay out. I'm disgusted with them and the poor service we have received. We've even emailed the claims manager Aqeeda and they've beeeeeeen waiting for feedback from telkom. Also what doesn't make sense is the fact that someone from telkom said that they are trying to **** us because the number has never been as issue and even emailed adminplus complaints on our behalf with no luck, not to mention the fact that when we got my iPhone it was wrapped in a vodacom plastic that we still have a video of. Adminplus is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with, I understand that all insurances are always looking for ways to not pay out but this? It's on another level of ********. No transparency none whatsoever!!!
