A prime definition of bad insurance. Excess fee amounts are insane. You are going to pay premiums you will never be able to claim for, and you are also going to pay the excess fee of the full amount insured but you will not be able to claim for the full sum insured. Furthermore, you are going to need to manage your own claim process. A claim status only gets updated after you have done multiple follow-ups. oh and the senior teams are forever in meetings, it does not matter the day and time. You can never find someone more senior to assist with escalations.

Anything they say to you, they cannot back it up with written documentation where you have actually agreed to this. I have asked for the documentation that indicates the terms of the agreement and they are not able to provide this.
