Worst service ever imagine submitting everything just to receive and sms and email which say "outstanding information" then not specifying what is outstanding and you have to wait for 90 day simply means i didn't have insurance all along how can you spend 3 months without a phone waiting on information which you don't know about, advice stay away from Telkom insurance its useless they will deduct every month but when you in trouble they don't want to help but instead find a way to cheat you.
