A total bunch of idiots. How can you pay insurance for a phone valued at R17000 but the replacement phone they offer is much cheaper and then they tell you its based on specs. That's the same like insuring a vw polo for 200k but when you claim you are offered a vw up of 150k with an explanation that it has the same specs of the polo. Since when has insurance become a thing that only replaces the specs of something and not the to value of something. If i am paying insurance for something that is valued at R17000 then I expect it to be replaced with something with the same value, whats the point if insuring if it doesn't cover your goods to the value you insured it.
