Ridiculously high excess and zero service delivery. Beyond ****ed

If there was a rating worse than 1, I would definetely use that.

I paid a ridiculously high excess amount for a replacement device with them on the 7th of June 2022. Correspondence was only received 48 hours later and that via email. It is now the 14th of June 2022 and I've yet to receive my device. Mind you the month end is approaching and I must pay contract dues.

An Angela woman from Admin Plus cancelled my shipment and the driver had apparently attempted collection twice to no luck. My shipment was just cancelled without any prior communication with myself, as if I was not even part of the process. This is my hard earned money and I pay to receive a proper service, not to be looked down upon.
